Trainers Required:

FGM Consultants is a Registered Training Organisation with several training positions available across the Melbourne Metropolitan and Gippsland areas in 2021.

We are looking for people who have a desire to make a difference in how training is traditionally delivered, valued and want to make a difference.

If you have above average skills in either Meat, Food or Poultry Processing we would like to hear from you. Applicants should have excellent skills in processing systems or related disciplines. You will be able to follow established procedures but have innovative qualities and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Successful Applicants will hold the following qualifications;

  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or Above
  • Certificate III / IV in Meat Processing
  • Certificate III / IV in Food Processing
  • Relevant Certifications.

Additional requirements

  • Experienced and Competent Meat Processing Person
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Microsoft office – power-point, word, excel
  • A thorough understanding of Export & Domestic Requirements in food processing & ISO
  • Processing and Quality Assurance

Trainers required

FGM Consultants is expanding into new areas and is looking for multiple team members to deliver our PaTH Programs in Sydney (North and West), Metropolitan Melbourne and Gippsland. Complementing our existing delivery areas of Perth, Bendigo, Ballarat and South Eastern Melbourne and Gippsland. This Highly Successful Commonwealth Funded Program is having great results and is changing lives by providing the skills and confidence to assist today’s youth gain employment.

Applicants will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and be able to follow established procedures with innovation qualities and able to work independently with minimal supervision. As this is a Commonwealth Funded Program and targeted at Youth (15-24yrs) you will require a WWC and Police Check to be included in your application.
All Applicants should hold the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or similar.

  • Playing a part in your local community to assist students in gaining the right skills to get the right job.
